Lady Florence is licensed for 12 passengers, and operates all year round, including Christmas Day, with a cosy coal fire in winter There is ample space, both out on deck and in the elegant dining saloon. There is an informative commentary throughout the cruises, and a fully-stocked bar is always available. There is a small but comprehensive wine list, including a fine selection of South African wines imported by ourselves and including some which are exclusive to Lady Florence, A 10% service charge is added to all prices, and only cash or cheques are accepted. We have no credit card facility on the river
